Shipping Policy

We aim to ship your item within 3-5 working days and will send you shipping confirmation once shipped. (Please be advised that during periods of high sales volumes, it may extend the time frame that we ship out your order)

National holidays, bank holidays and strikes may affect your original estimated delivery time as delivery times are only an estimate and not guaranteed.

You as the customer are responsible for paying any customs tax.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please note that we cannot accept returns that are

missing tags (or tags that have been removed)
stained
ripped
worn

We will not accept returns or exchanges after 14 days of placing your order.
