Here at Euphoric Bodies, our main priority is you. We thrive off feedback and will be here to answer queries no matter how big or small. We aim to respond to customer emails within 7 working days and be available to help in any way we can.

Dear Beloved Customers

Contrary to what you may believe, Euphoric Bodies is operated by one person. From social media to product design, order fulfilment and customer service as well as website maintenance and other tasks that come with running a fast-growing small business. With this in mind, we refuse to tolerate mean, abusive or threatening emails and will not respond to rude or aggressive messages under any circumstances.

If you have a query regarding the whereabouts of your order, please refrain from contacting us until 14 working days have passed since receiving your shipping confirmation email. This will allow us to process orders faster. (We are not Amazon or like other fast fashion brands so please do not expect your order to arrive a day later or have your email responded to within the hour of sending a query)

We started this brand to benefit the masc community and unfortunately, many small LGBTQ+ businesses fail because they are expected to meet the same standards/expectations of other multi-million pound companies that you are used to purchasing from.

We hope to expand our team in the near future and grow in all areas of the company but we can't do that without your support and understanding.
